| TheGreenhouseEffect | This is my theory on how the Greenhouse Effect actually works. It explains that Greenhouse gases (except for ozone) actually cool the atmosphere. The paper provides evidence that all the longwave IR radiation released to space comes from the Mesopause, the Tropopause, Cloud tops, and the surface. It also explains that little or no heat is released from the rest of the atmosphere because it is IR opaque at the frequencies emitted by Greenhouse gases. |

| New web site | On Saturday, July 25, 2009, without any warning (that I saw), the website used to post EPA comments related to docket EPA-HQ-OAR-2009-0171 was replaced. The old interface was marginal, but I was able to handle it. The new interface ... well, that is what the page is about. As of 01-18-12, there is another new EPA site, none of the old links work, and the new links are not able to access any of my documents. |
